How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours of being placed, subject to product availability. In the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified with options for substitution, backorder, or refund. Please note that once an order has been shipped and turned over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.”

For now, we keep our shipping simple and local—orders ship within the United States only. We hope to share our handcrafted soaps with international friends soon..

What is your return policy? 

Due to the personal nature of our soaps, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away and we will do our best to make it right.
